General rules for registering a new profile

  • The registration is primarily intended for those who provide services within teaching and education, so that information about these services is made available to the audience, interested in obtaining new knowledge and skills.
  • Every visitor can register at this website for free. The registration gives a broader access to the website's services and facilities.
  • If you do not provide any services within teaching or education, but you are interested in the topic, you can register at the website as a Guest.
  • If you provide services within teaching and education, you can choose to register either as a Private person or as an Organisation.

Registration rules for those who provide services within teaching and education

  • Your profile should be informative and have relevant contents corresponding to the topics of the website sections, selected in the "Specialisation" field.
  • Non-informative profiles are displayed at the end of the search results list, medium informative or incomplete profiles will be placed in the middle, and the most informative and complete profiles will always be displayed first in the search results list.
  • To make your profile informative, you need to include the following details:
    • your photo / avatar or logotype
    • information about yourself and your services
  • The information provided during the registration should be true, correct and easy to understand.
  • In the "Short description" section you need to provide a short description about yourself and your services. This short information will be displayed in the search results and judging from it the user will be able to form the first impression about you. Therefore it is essential that this information is concise, but complete giving a clear idea about the type of services you provide.
  • Fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory to fill in.
  • During the registration procedure you are getting a webpage on the "Repetitor" website, which you can refer to as soon as you complete the registration. This is also another reason why it is important to provide as detailed information as possible.
On our website it is prohibited:
  • To register more than once.
  • To select an inappropriate type of registration (for instance, it is prohibited to register as "Private person" or "Organisation" for those who are not providing services within teaching and education).
  • To enter wrong, meaningless data or information that is irrelevant to the website's topic.
  • To place advertisements irrelevant to the website's topic or your profile.
  • To specify inappropriate information in the text boxes of the profile.
  • To publish photos, logos and other illustrations (except a map or related image) in the "How to find us" section.
  • To register as another user without his/her consent.
  • To publish information of the offensive content (to publish information and upload pictures/illustrations of unprintable, provocative, disrespectful or pornographic character), as well as to present or refer to the materials prohibited or protected by law.
  • To re-register a deleted profile. To perform re-registration of a deleted profile, you need to obtain permission from the administration of the website.
  • To praise yourself or criticise competitors in the "Discussion" section.
The administration of the website reserves the right to make changes to the current rules.

Rules of free articles publication

  • At our website you are able to publish educational, analytical and informative articles.
  • Articles may also contain commercial information on condition that its amount is limited and does not exceed the non-commercial content (the decision about publishing such articles is taken by the content-manager).
  • It is required that information in an article corresponds to the topic of this website.
  • The name of an article should be in the language of the article and only contain information of the non-commercial character.
  • An article may only contain one link to a website that is placed together with the other contact information and the signature at the end of the article.
  • The content-manager himself decides on the sections, which your article will belong to.
  • The administration does not bear any responsibility for observing copyright.
  • Publication of articles containing commercial contents is possible and can be done for a fixed payment (after the article has been approved by the content-manager).
It is prohibited:
  • To publish articles that do not comply with the rules, are meaningless or contain provocative information, etc. Such articles will not be published.
  • To use swear words, behave inappropriately and assault other users of this website with offensive statements directed against them.
  • To publish articles that are irrelevant to the topic and purpose of this website.
  • To publish materials of pornographic character, materials protected by law or place links or references to any of such materials.
  • To publish articles on the national and racial topics, terrorism, religion, politics or other provocative matters.
  • To publish articles that do not bear any informative or educational value.
The administration of the website reserves the right to make changes to the current rules.

Rules of conduct on forums

  • Each new topic should have a clear motivation and correspond to the topic of the section where it is opened. The name of the topic should be informative and correspond to the contents of the discussion.
  • Posts should correspond to the topic where they are published.
  • Advertisements should be only posted to the "Offers within education services" section.
  • Each post can contain no more than 1 link.
  • Bigger posts as well as posts containing links and illustrations, etc. can be published at the website only after they have been checked by the moderator.
  • If there are any graphical illustrations in the body of your post, it is necessary to place a link to the external source. The size of the illustration cannot exceed 500х400 pixels each. The total size of all illustration should be no more than 50 Kb.
  • Before you open a new topic, it is recommended that you check the forum contents. If the same or similar topic exists, you are not allowed to open another topic on this subject.
  • Your posts should be formulated in such a manner that they trigger discussion or responses from other user (for other types of posts there is a bulletin board available).
  • If a user has a feeling that he has been offended by somebody, he should inform the administration about it. If this rule is neglected, the offended person will bear the same responsibility as the offending one.
  • The rules of conduct on forums are established by the website's administration and controlled by two moderators. The moderators have the right to modify, move and delete posts as well as perform other activities as appropriate.
  • Website's administration does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of data published at forums.
  • The administration reserves the right for blocking and deleting user accounts if their conduct contradicts any of the established rules.
It is prohibited:
  • To discuss or criticize activities of the forum moderators. All suggestions, complaints and feedbacks should be sent directly to the website administration.
  • To behave inappropriately or offensively against any of the website users. (Politeness should be embodied not only in the posts, but also in selection of avatars, signatures, profile contents, etc.)
  • To create meaningless, provocative and inappropriate discussion topics. Such topics will be deleted without notice.
  • To place advertisements that do not correspond to the topic of the website or to publish advertisements outside the "Offers within education services" section.
  • To publish erotic or pornographic materials as well as any other materials prohibited or protected by law, including links and references to them.
  • To open discussions on the issues of nationalism, racism or any other provocative topics connected to religion, terrorism and politics. To open discussion topics on any of the named issues, you need to obtain consent from the administration.
  • To re-open discussion topics or re-publish posts that have already been deleted or modified by the moderator.
  • To publish incorrect information in the "Discussion of teachers, schools, universities" section.
  • To flood, i.e. to publish posts and messages that do not have any informative value. Publishing of more than 3 messages in a row can be also regarded as flooding. For more information see item 3 of this paragraph.

Rules of adding information to the "News" section

  • News is published on the non-commercial basis. The "News" section is used to inform the users of this site about upcoming events (e.g. seminars, trainings, enrolments for courses, etc.) as well as to make announcements about new features or additions within your educational services.
  • The information published in the "News" section should be true, informative, easy to understand and it should not be superfluous.
  • The "Announcements" section should contain short details of the news. This information will be displayed on the main portal page and at the bottom of the author's profile. In the "More..." section detailed descriptions of news can be added. If the news you are entering is a short one, you do not need to fill in the "More" section.
  • News cannot contain links or illustrations since it is associated with author's profile.
  • News is published no more than 1 publication per day.
  • If you would like to inform the audience about a series of events, e.g. about a chain of seminars, you need to state it clearly in the "Announcement" section. In the "More" section you can provide a more detailed description about the kind of seminars, the location and the time. You do not need to create separate news for each of the seminars. Please respect the time and effort of the website visitors that will be reading this information.
  • All news are moderated. If any of the news does not comply with the rules of publishing information at the "News" section, the moderator has the right to delete the news without notice.
  • The administration does not bear responsibility for the accuracy of information published on the website.
  • The administration reserves the right to block and delete accounts of users the actions of which contradict the policy of this website.
It is prohibited:
  • To publish information for advertising or promoting websites.
  • To re-publish news.
  • To place links in the text of the news with the exception of links to a map, describing how to get to the place of an event (if this location is different from the one indicated in the author's profile). When you are not sure if your link will be allowed, it is better not to publish it. Otherwise, the moderator may delete your publication without notice.
  • To publish similar news as separate posts (see item 6 above).
  • To publish information discrediting this website or contradicting its topic.
  • To use swear words and expressions, to behave inappropriately towards others.
  • To publish information that is not relevant or duplicates the details of the user profile.
  • To publish news that does not comply with the stated rules.
  • To re-publish information that has been deleted or modified by the moderator.
  • To intentionally publish incorrect or untrue information.
